Beijing Yuanxin Technology Group Co., Ltd. is a leading full-chain service provider for the commercialization of innovative drugs, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Beijing.
Leveraging our unique closed-loop ecosystem that connects patients, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and insurance companies, we provide comprehensive services covering industry promotion, drug distribution, patient management, and payment solutions for the commercialization of innovative drugs in China.
Our core capabilities have created efficient connections among patients, HCPs, medical institutions, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical companies, forming our two main business segments in relation to innovative drugs: a commercialization fulfillment network centered on drug dispensing, and commercialization acceleration services focused on payment and promotion. Through our commercialization fulfillment network, we provide out-of-hospital pharmacy services, out-of-hospital medical services and wholesale pharmacy services focusing on the innovative drug’s reach to the patients, while our commercialization acceleration services facilitates the commercialization of innovative drugs through our services to other participants in the medical industry value chain, including insurance services, and marketing services to pharmaceutical companies. We also have, as a less significant part of our business, a healthcare technology business line, under which we provide services to hospitals to enhance patients’ in-hospital experience and address the significantly unmet need for care continuum in China.

2025
- The Real-World Research Professional Committee of the Beijing Medical Insurance Association was established, with He Tao, Chairman & CEO of Yuanxin Technology, serving as the Vice Chairman of the committee
2024
- Yuanxin Technology's independently developed "Yuanquan Medical Large Model" has been granted an invention patent certification by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA)
2023
- Yuanxin Technology and Tencent Health formed a strategic partnership and released the “Yuanquan Large Model”and the “Huibao Large Model”
2022
- Yuanxin Medical Technology, a subsidiary of Yuanxin Technology, launched the “Yuanxin Yihu”full-course disease management solution. By integrating the entire patient journey covering pre-consultation, in-consultation, and post-consultation stages, it establishes a scientific, streamlined, and information-based “full-course disease management system”
2021
Yuanxin Healthcare Technology served 360 hospitals
Patient-centered full-cycle health management service ecosystem took shape, providing IT and data systems as well as digital infrastructure for connectivity of patients, physicians, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and insurers
2020
- Yuanxin Public Welfare Foundation and Yuanxin Research Institute were established, empowering healthcare industry in all respects
2019
Yuanxin Huibao was founded, unveiling a specialty drug insurance "Yao An Xin" and contracting 3.07 million policies within 3 days
Wujiemed was established and initiated the construction of the "Center for Modern Hospital Management" under the support of the National Health Commission
2018
- Yuanxin Healthcare Technology came into existence, building and operating Internet hospitals and prescription sharing platform for various hospitals
2017
- Miaoshou Doctor got the practicing medical license of Internet hospitals, dedicated to building a creative Internet healthcare platform to serve physicians and patients
2016
- Yuanxin Pharmacy initiated the new model of near-hospital DTP (direct to patient) pharmacy
